The Sling Shot Maddog Power Lifting Band allows you to lift approximately 15-25% more weight than your max! Its double-ply support provides maximum assistance throughout the lift. The Maddog is best used with loads over 405 lbs. and up. If you cannot bench 400 lbs. raw, this Sling Shot will be less effective for your training.
